Newport Beach, Calif. – Hosted along with the Lincoln Club of Orange County Diane Dixon held another successful fundraiser at Newport Beach’s Lido House Hotel on Tuesday night.
Surrounded by the picturesque skyline and almost 100 supporters consisting of local elected leaders, small businesses and individuals, the event raised tens of thousands of dollars for Dixon’s campaign for the Orange County Board of Supervisors.
“My campaign has received so much support since I announced and I’m truly humbled,” stated Dixon. “Orange County’s diverse community is really showing up to help in a big way.”
However, just because Dixon continues to lead the campaign against Democrat Katrina Foley, Dixon isn’t slowing down, “I have dozens of events in the works between now and the end of the year, from small meet and greets to large fundraisers. I plan to start 2022 with a robust community-driven campaign to win this seat for the people of the Second District and I won’t let them down.”
In addition to her successful fundraising efforts, Diane Dixon has built a strong coalition of supporters from across the 2nd Supervisorial District since her announcement in May of 2021. The list includes elected officials from the national level all the way down to community individuals.
